Arts Alive! is a SmartMove!!

Hmmm…. my pics seem to be showing up in funky parts of this post -but I think you’re all able to figure out which pic goes with which description….  We’re all learners, huh???

I seem to accumulate a whole bunch of COOL stuff that I can’t help but post on our blog…. Today you’ll see pictures from when we did our Spooky Seurat (you received a notice home) when Miss Heather came in.  The kids did a super job.  Mrs. Brooks didn’t quite follow the color code – see if you can spot my faux-pas… but everyone was patient with me!

I also am including a link to our kids doing SmartMoves on their balance cushions.  I’m so impressed by their efforts – what a WONDERFUL group of kids I have this year!!!

SmartMoves Movie!!!

OH!  I also took some great shots of the kids on the playground this week – I can’t post them all, but have a peek at the group shots!!

Hi Mrs. Brooks, In 4th grade there’s a camp read a lot/pajama day too. I just put on my slippers this morning for school today.
So Mrs. Brooks How are you doing?????????????????

  2. Suzy Brooks

Hello there my friend, Jonathan! PJ Day??? You are VERY VERY lucky! I would love to wear my slippers to school, too. What fun things are you doing on PJ day – did you all earn it as a class?

    Have a blast!

Mrs. Brooks is doing well – tomorrow I am going to Gillette Stadium to teach a class about computers to other teachers and principals. It should be fun – do you remember my pictures I showed you last year??

    Have a super day, Buddy!

    Love, Mrs. Brooks

      Hi Mrs. Heather!
I love Lemonade, too – making about $240 usually wins when we play as a class in the lab — great for kids and grown-up kids! There’s a lot of fun games. We’re excited here at the Brooks’ House, because tomorrow night is FAMILY GAME NIGHT. That is, after we run around and “Boo” a couple families.

      See you tomorrow; rest up!!

Thanks for the post!!!!, I agree – they are wonderfully wonderful!

Ahhh!!!! Hi Jonathan, You’re right – you scared me! I’m easy to scare early in the morning, ha ha… On Sundays I let myself sleep until 8am, then I get up and check my computer and get started on my chores.

Today Mr. Brooks will stay home and watch the Patriots and give out candy – and I will take Carson Trick or Treating with his friend. Kendyl will be going with her friends.

It is going to be C.O.L.D. – so make sure you BUNDLE UP!!

    Have fun and be safe!
    Love,
    Mrs. Brooks

    Hi Jonathan!

I scared you? Wow, I didn’t even yell Boo that loudly, ha ha…. I’m always careful of coyotes.

Carson didn’t go trick or treating. He stayed home and handed out candy with me while we watched the Patriots.

I always have fun at school, my friend!! I smiled when I saw you this morning — your haircut makes you look like a very serious 4th grader!!

I’ll keep my eyes peeled for you in the morning, as you head down the hall past my room…..

    Love,
    Mrs. Brooks
